Delivery

Orders placed during working hours on Monday through Friday will be handled by us on the same day, to then be collected by POSTNL. This means that orders to be shipped to an address within the Netherlands will usually arrive one day after the order was placed. Orders placed during the weekend will be handled on Mondays, and will normally arrive on Tuesday. Should there be a delay in handling your order, we will of course contact you immediately to explain whatever situation might have arisen. POSTNL delivers mail Mondays through Saturdays, and will do whatever they can to get your package by you within a day. In rare cases, your package might get delayed because of a situation at POSTNL; of course, unfortunately, we have no say in this, and thus will not be able to notify you should such a case present itself.

As soon as your order has been shipped, POSTNL will send you a Track & Trace code, so that you might see how your package is faring on its journey to your home. For more info on Track & Trace, please click this link.

Foreign orders placed on working days before 17:00 (Dutch time, GMT + 1) will be handled and shipped that same day, just like orders within the Netherlands. For these orders, too, we will of course notify you should there be an unexpected delay in the handling of your shipment. Shipment time to foreign countries may vary between 1 – 14 days, depending on the journey the package will have to undertake. For foreign orders, too, POSTNL will give out a Track & Trace, so that you might see how your things are doing, journey-wise.

Home Delivery

For orders of 100 euro’s and over we will use a recorded delivery, to make sure your things reach you safely!

Collecting your order at the World’s Most store

For your convenience, the standard setting for delivery during the check out process is for your items to be sent to your home. Of course, if you wish, you can also come and collect your order at our store. To go for this option, all you have to do is change the setting from “home delivery” to “collect in store” during check out. You will receive a regular confirmation email, and we will put together your order, which will be ready for you to collect on the same day, during working hours. In case you’d like to come and collect your order at a later time, of course your package will still be there; please do send us an email, we’ll know not to stay up for you.

Sent as Present

If you wish to make a gift of your order and surprise someone with it, you may of course choose to send it as a gift. You can choose a wrapping paper you like during the check out process, and we will wrap the items for you and send them to the lucky addressee. Please do make sure you’ve filled in their address correctly, neither you nor we would want to send the items to a wrong address. We will remove all price tags and neatly and festively wrap up your present, and add some World’s Most stickers as a cheery bonus.
